Selection Criteria 1: A tertiary degree in graphic and/or 3D design and experience coupled with design experience using Vectorworks or related software including Adobe Creative Suite and experience working within a Museum or similar environment.*

Selection Criteria 2: Experience in designing exhibitions and a creative approach to design solutions across multiple platforms.*

Selection Criteria 3: Demonstrated experience in designing a wide range of publications including but not limited to; marketing collateral, online communications, event promotion/materials, on-site signage and exhibition displays and labels.*

Selection Criteria 4: Experience in controlling design and production of print publications including the ability to conceptualise, plan, prepare briefs and specifications, select stock and liaise with printers through all stages of production.*

Selection Criteria 5: High level organisation skills, sound motivation, initiative and commitment together with a demonstrated ability to manage workloads and prioritise to meet deadlines.*

Selection Criteria 6: Experience working in and an understanding of the requirements of audiences of cultural institutions, including the ability to monitor and apply corporate style and branding.*

Selection Criteria 7: An ability to interact effectively with people of different cultures and ensuring work health and safety system and accessibility compliance.*
